Dr. Dawn M. Ley

Approach To Your Care

Growing up on a farm in Southwest Wisconsin, Dr. Ley had an early fascination with the plants of the land. As early as 7th grade, Dr. Ley began immersing her self in natural medicine topics for a science fair project, "Ten Integrative Therapies." She moved forward, later establishing an exceptional grounding in healthcare. She worked directly with patients for over ten years in acute and chronic care settings, including St. Mary's Hospital & Medical Center, of Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Ley began to wonder what health care would look like if we were able to blend knowledge from contemporary and ancient health models?

Dr. Ley's medical practice blends the best available scientific understandings from ancient to contemporary teachings in a safe and effective manner. She is guided by the six principles of naturopathic medicine, as well as her desire to provide care that is connected and truly comprehensive, so that you can "Move Toward a More Vital You."

Dr. Ley works collaboratively with patients and their other care providers, in order to address symptoms appropriately and to explore any underlying contributing factors that exist. Dr. Ley eagerly listens to the stories patient's bring so that she may develop an individualized plan of care with them. This plan, in addition to addressing the primary health concerns, will often include preventive health strategies so that you can "Maintain a More Vital You."
